Meet Dr. Byerly
Dr. Tracy Byerly II is a Texas native and attended undergraduate at Southwestern University. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston McGovern Medical School. He completed his Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery training at the University of Texas at Houston McGovern Medical School. He spent additional time during medical school and residency at the MD Anderson Cancer Center and authored numerous research publications.

As a board-certified ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist and head and neck surgeon, Dr. Byerly treats all adult and pediatric ENT issues including sinus and allergy, thyroid/parathyroid disorders, salivary gland diseases, ear/otologic diseases, vocal cord/airway disorders, surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea, and head and neck cancers.
He has additional training in the newer technologies of balloon sinuplasty and eustachian tube dilation, ablation of the nerve to stop postnasal drainage and rhinorrhea, and hypoglossal nerve stimulator implant for obstructive sleep apnea. He sees patients in both Fredericksburg and Kerrville locations.
Dr. Byerly loves the Texas Hill Country and is a cowboy boot afficionado. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, spending time with his wife, and coaching their three children’s sports teams.
